DEVIL'S ELBOW VINEYARD
The idyllic property nestles on a South East facing slope and was once a mixed farm of table grapes, wine grapes, nectarines and plums. Today the property has been transformed to grow several varieties of wine grapes over 22 acres. These include; Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, White Muscat, Petit Verdot and Pinot Noir. Most of these vines are well established, many from 15 to 50 years old. Recently a small number of Sagrantino vines have been planted, one of only a few vineyards in Australia growing this Italian variety.
PRESTON VINEYARD
The Preston Vineyard is positioned on a moderately steep North East slope in Spectacular Valley just below the Cellar Door. With four acres under Chardonnay vines, the standout feature of the vineyard and Cellar Door is the fantastic view across the valley towards Table Top Mountain and beyond.
